Codonics is closely monitoring the COVID-19 events and have taken steps to help prevent the spread of the virus. We recognize our customers are first responders, providing critical patient care and we want you to know how much we appreciate your effort during this pandemic. Codonics has put the following into place in an effort to protect our employees:
Technical Support: Calls are being routed to a messaging center and will be returned within 15 to 30 minutes. In lieu of a call, you can contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer Support: We are keeping limited personnel in the office to assist you and process customer orders. In lieu of a call, you can email us at email@example.com.
Supply Chain: We have been in touch with our suppliers, enacted business continuity plans and do not presently anticipate any supply interruption.
Product Demonstrations and Meetings: We’ve prioritized essential travel to support customer installations and have prohibited non-essential travel. Demonstrations and meetings are being conducted remotely through video conferencing.
Social Distancing: We’ve implemented work from home, alternate scheduling, where applicable, and instructed employees to self-monitor in accordance with CDC guidelines.
We will continue to take the necessary steps to minimize disruption to business while ensuring the health and safety of our employees and their families. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the coronavirus epidemic.
